Hollygrove Farm

Only the best care is given to the residents of Hollygrove Farm. It is a large farm set against a gorgeous wooded area that is filled with small trails that are part of the farm property. It looks like it is not in the best shape, but the owner K.C. works hard to keep everything going and makes sure that every horse and animal has their needs and wants met. Right in front is a large white-washed barn that has enclosures connected to every stall. There is a gate that leads to each enclosure and a sliding door inside the stall that closes during the bad elements. There are forty stalls in the stable. There is a more spacious tack room, but the feed room is a little cramped. Inside the feed room is a ladder that can be climbed to get into the hayloft.

Attached to the back of the barn is a chicken coop that houses about ten chickens and a rooster. They have their own shelter and are never allowed in the barn, although they are sometimes allowed to run outside of their pen. There is an outside arena across from the backdoor of the barn with whitewashed fences. It is a great place to work out your horse during the spring and summer. There is a large shed next to the arena that holds jumps, barrels and other things that a rider may need. Unfortunately, there is no indoor arena yet. About twenty feet away from the arena, there is a corral where someone can work with a horse. Out in the back toward the woods are the gigantic pastures that seem to stretch for miles. Horses are switched off from pasture to pasture in order to give pastures time to regrow what has been trampled, chewed and thrown. Across from the pastures is a cottage, more like a log cabin. It has three bedrooms, two baths, and a nice kitchen and living room. One room is up for rent while one was converted into an office. One dilapidated barn is close to the cabin, which may be converted into another barn for horses or for cows.
